Terms and Conditions:
Payment:
- I only take payment through Venmo at the moment.
- Currency is only in USD.
- I will only begin on commissions once I am paid and payment comes through. Progress Updates:
- 1. When the payment comes through I will message you that I received it and ask for a simple drawing (like a stick figure) or a stock photo so I know what pose to draw the character(s) in.
- 2. Once I get the sketch(es) done I will send it to you for review to see if it’s what you want and/or want to make some changes (Please do not make any drastic changes like pose or character thank you!)
- 3. When I have lineart done I will once again send you the image to see progress.
- 4. Finally when I have finished up everything I will send you the full resolution image of the commission over email.Refunds:
- If you happen to cancel before I start and/or during the sketching process.
- If I can’t finish and/or properly provide said commission for any reason.Deadlines:
- Commission(s) will be finished either 1 to 2 months after payment but can vary depending on complexity. I will notify you via email or instagram if it is taking longer then usual to finish up you’re commission.
- Please note that I cannot take time sensitive commissions at the moment.Disclaimers/Etc:
- The commissions I do are for PERSONAL USE only. I do not take commercial work at the moment.
- I reserve the rights over the final artwork/commission (i.e. I can post them on my social medias and use for publicity).
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request without justification or explanation.
- You have the right to use the final commission piece for personal use (i.e. posting it on your social media with credit. Using it as an icon (with credit), wallpaper, etc.).
- You CANNOT resell the commission (i.e. making prints to sell for profit, reselling the original image for sale.).Extras:
- Art trades are limited to friends and mutuals!
- If I am drawing OC’s please when either messaging or emailing me to include reference images and color pallets you wish for me to use.
- Above also applies to any characters from existing media. If there is a specific outfit and/or color pallet you want me to use/draw please include that in your message.
- All progress photos, except the final image, will have a watermark over the artwork.If there are any further questions please let me know!
